Customer References & Supplier Assessment

There are no verified customer testimonials available for display on this page. If customer references are important to your sourcing decision, ask the team whether a relevant reference can be shared with that customer's permission. A useful assessment also considers the actual product version, sample and terms you intend to buy.

Ask for a reference with relevant scope

Explain what you want to assess: a similar product type, packing arrangement or development process. A reference for a different category or order scale may answer different questions from your own project. Ask what can be disclosed, when it relates to and whether the customer has agreed to be contacted or quoted.

Do not treat a company name, logo or untraceable quotation as proof of a current commercial relationship. If a reference cannot be shared, you can still evaluate a defined sample and written offer without inventing an endorsement.

Evaluate the sample against your needs

Choose an identifiable catalog style and list the characteristics you need to assess. For a bracelet, record width and fit; for earrings, attachment and movement; for a necklace, length, closure and pendant proportion. Compare the sample with the specification rather than relying on a general description of quality.

Take your own notes and photographs. If a requirement concerns composition, testing or labelling, ask for evidence that matches the selected item. A sample's appearance alone does not establish a compliance or safety claim.

Check how the quotation handles differences

A useful written quotation identifies the selected version, quantity, packing and commercial terms. Ask which details are fixed and which remain to be confirmed. If a sample or component differs from the intended production version, request a clear explanation before approval.

For proposed design changes, use the development brief so both sides can discuss the same requirements. If design ownership or confidentiality matters, agree those terms explicitly.

Use the Showcase appropriately

The Showcase contains visual references and style discussions. It helps communicate an appearance or product idea. It should not be read as a verified customer recommendation or as confirmation of a current order, test result or delivery performance.

Keep an evidence-based decision record

Record the questions you asked, the information supplied and what is still unresolved. Compare suppliers using the same product requirements and quotation scope. This provides a more useful basis for a decision than an unsupported claim that one supplier is the best or most trusted.

Contact Paradise Jewelry with the specific reference or sample questions you need answered. The order approval guide covers the details to settle before proceeding.
