What we collect
When you send a wholesale inquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, business email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, country, selected products, requested specifications and message.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to answer your request, prepare quotations, discuss sampling or production requirements, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and keep a business record of the conversation.
Where it is processed
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. These providers process data to operate the service on our behalf.
Inquiry records are stored under the separate Paradise site identifier in a Cloudflare D1 database through the Paradise form gateway. Configured email providers process notifications for our sales and operations teams. A recorded reference confirms storage; it does not confirm email delivery.
Your selected-product list
The “Inquiry List” is saved in this browser until you remove items, clear the list, or clear your browser data. When you submit an inquiry, the selected items and quantities you include are sent to us.
Search, interaction events and external services
Catalog search runs in your browser using this site's search index. Where signed-in trade features are available, selected items and quantities are also sent to our trade service to provide requested price estimates and process quote or order requests. These functional requests are separate from optional analytics.
We ask for your permission before enabling optional Google Analytics, Umami or PostHog on eligible public pages. The consent panel names the services currently enabled. They help us understand page visits, catalog selection actions and WhatsApp link clicks. We do not send saved selection lists, quantities, inquiry text, email addresses, search terms, order details or payment information to these services. Public page addresses and titles may identify products or collections viewed, and a catalog action can relate to the product on that page. Page addresses omit query strings and fragments; referring addresses are limited to the referring site's origin. Account, inquiry, search, quick-order, staff, checkout, order and payment pages, and preview domains, are excluded.
Google may process device and browsing information and set analytics cookies after you accept. Umami uses our self-hosted analytics service and does not set analytics cookies in your browser. Our PostHog integration sends only explicit public-page events, uses a random identifier kept in memory for the current page visit, and does not create person profiles, record sessions, capture form fields or automatically capture clicks. The configured PostHog service receives events in its selected hosting region. These services receive the network information needed to deliver the request.
Use “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of an eligible public page to accept, reject or withdraw consent for all enabled optional analytics. This browser choice lasts up to 180 days. An earlier Google-only choice does not authorize additional services; we ask again. Rejecting analytics does not prevent catalog browsing or inquiry submission. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also disable these optional analytics. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and PostHog's privacy policy.
WhatsApp and email links open the service you choose. The company video loads a YouTube player when you select it; its preview image may be requested from YouTube before playback. Those services handle data under their own policies. Where the inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare processes the interaction needed for that abuse-prevention check.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry records support replies, quotations and business correspondence. No automatic deletion period is configured in the website. Ask us about retention or deletion for your inquiry using the contact below; a request may need to be reviewed against business records and applicable obligations. Information may be processed by providers involved in hosting, abuse prevention, email delivery or fulfilment of the request.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the inquiry information associated with your email, subject to any records we must retain. Contact sales@pdjewellery.com. Please do not send card details, passwords or sensitive identity documents through the inquiry form.
Updates
We may update this policy when the inquiry workflow or service providers change. The current revision date will be shown on this page.
