These answers explain how to use the catalog and prepare a wholesale inquiry. Product-specific terms belong in your written quotation and approved specification, rather than being assumed from a general FAQ.
How do I select styles and request prices?
Browse the catalog, open a product page and note the item number. You can add several styles to the inquiry list and send one request. Include quantities per style and the destination. Catalog pages show selection references; availability, price and minimum quantity are confirmed for the requested version.
Can I ask for a sample?
Yes, you can request sample arrangements for the styles you are considering. Ask which version can be supplied, whether a new sample is needed, the sample charge and shipping arrangements. State what you need to assess: fit, stone color, finish, attachment, weight or packaging. Sample availability and any relationship between sample charges and a later order must be agreed in writing.
What should I confirm about materials and finishes?
Confirm the base metal, stone type and finish for the exact item. A gold-tone or silver-tone appearance does not establish precious-metal content, and a photograph cannot confirm coating thickness. If you need a particular composition, test or declaration, include that requirement before approving the specification. We do not make a blanket skin-safety or compliance claim for the catalog.
How long will an order take?
Request a schedule covering specification review, samples, approval, production and shipment. Timing depends on the style, quantity, requested changes and the proposed route. Give your target date early and ask which milestones are included. A past order or article is not a guarantee for a new project.
Can I request a different stone color, finish or package?
Send the item number and a clear description of each change. The team can review feasibility and quote the proposed version. For display cards or boxes, supply dimensions, artwork and the way the jewelry should be attached. Changes to a style or package can affect minimum quantity, sampling and production planning.
How are payment and shipping arranged?
Commercial terms are discussed with sales and recorded in the quotation or order confirmation. Confirm currency, payment stages, shipping responsibility, destination and packing before proceeding. This website collects inquiries; it has no checkout or online payment form.
What if I need help choosing?
Describe your customer, selling format and preferred price positioning without assuming a guaranteed margin. A small comparison group is easier to review than an unspecified request for everything. For reference-led development, read the rhinestone design brief guide. For order approvals and packing, see the sample-to-shipment guide.
