Rhinestone Jewelry Oem Odm Service
If an existing rhinestone style is close to your idea but does not quite match it, describe the difference before asking for a development quotation. This guide focuses on the product brief: what the piece should look like, how it should fit and which details need to be reviewed. A reference is the beginning of a discussion, rather than a promise that every proposed change can be made.
Choose a starting reference
Link to a rhinestone catalog style or supply a drawing or image that you are entitled to use. Identify the features you want to keep, such as the overall shape or number of rows. Then describe the changes separately: stone color, width, length, attachment, finish or coordinating pieces.
For a necklace and earring set, describe the relationship between the pieces. Do you want the same stone shape, a repeated motif or only a matching color? A clear set brief avoids assuming that every design scales into every type of piece.
Divide the brief into fixed and flexible details
- Fixed: dimensions, fitting method, required motif and customer-facing material specification.
- To compare: stone size, number of rows, color combinations or alternative closures.
- Commercial: intended quantity, destination and target date.
- Presentation: display card or box dimensions, artwork and packing format.
Use units for dimensions and annotate images where a proportion matters. If you only have an overall photograph, ask which measurements are needed for the feasibility review. A close-up of a connection or clasp can be more useful than several additional images of the front.
Discuss development scope before sampling
Ask which changes are feasible, whether new components or tooling are required, and what the proposed sample would demonstrate. Request the development charge, sample terms and minimum quantities for the proposed version. The catalog does not establish a universal low minimum or a fixed development schedule.
If design ownership, confidentiality or exclusivity matters, discuss it explicitly and record the agreed scope. Do not assume that submitting an image creates an exclusive arrangement.
Approve the version you intend to order
Review the sample against the brief: measurements, stone placement, movement, closure, finish and packing. List any differences and agree which version becomes the production reference. A color or packaging revision should be reflected in the updated specification.
Use the sample-to-shipment guide to plan the next approvals. If you are sourcing an unchanged catalog style, use the inquiry list and provide quantities instead. Send the brief when your requirements are ready for review.
